The BritBus story so far...
Since 2005, The BritBus Tour has been making its annual crossing of the USA, promoting all that is great about British music and culture and having many adventures along the way. Trouble with the Highway Patrol, blowouts in the desert, hanging out with A-list rock stars... you name it, we've done it! But above all, we've put on some amazing live shows and events, showcasing some incredible new British bands to a massive US audience.
Now going global!
The BritBus is now going GLOBAL and we're currently working hard at World Domination in our pimped-out red double-decker buses. In the coming months, we'll be taking the UK's hottest emerging acts to Australia, USA & India and we are already making plans for our first ventures into Japan and China. This is your opportunity to join us on the tours...
How do we select bands?
We select bands via a thorough A&R process - this is not a competition or battle of the bands style event! Once all bands have been reviewed, we announce a shortlist that is selected to perform at one of our regional showcase gigs. At then end of the UK Showcase Tour we will announce the bands that have been selected to go onto our international tours. The number of bands/artists selected is dependent entirely on talent and work ethic. For more details on our selection process, click here.
What we offer?
Successful bands chosen for the BritBus Tours can expect to be taken on at least one BritBus international tour, whether that be the USA, Australia, India, Japan or China.
In each country we will run high profile media campaigns surrunding our gigs and events, as well as having established partnerships with radio stations and the music press to maximise on the opportunities. In conjunction with our record label All Terrain Music, who will represent your band in each country, we will also provide distribution of your music and ensure it gets before all the relevent program directors and journalists. This is your opportunity to work with a highly experienced music team to break your band in an international market!
A Recording contract
We also provide the opportunity for some bands to receive a full management & recording contract - obviously, only when both parties have agreed the paper work to their satisfaction! Should you be offered this too, you will gain:
